Wrong Bouquet - MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS

My husband ordered me the "Morning Melody" arrangement for Mother's day and that is absolutely not what I received. The only similarity was the lavender roses. The vase was red (I understand they may need to substitute the color) and there was no bow. There were 6 roses, 3 bright pink carnations and so much baker leaf fern you could hardly see the flowers. The fern leaves are covered in spores. Again, I understand substitutions may need to be made but this arrangement bears no resemblance to what was ordered. I know that the value of the flowers substituted is nowhere near the value of what should have been int he original arrangement and the dark red vase clashes with the lavender flowers.

What is especially disappointing is that I ordered two bouquets from Teleflora for family members and theirs were beautiful while mine looks like a grocery store bouquet.
