I have banked since the age of 18 now 81 and I have never encountered a bank as cold and un helpful as PNC. You ask a question and get one word answer no if ands or buts, they do not try to help you, have one car loan and as sooh=n as it is paid off no more business with them. Also you ask a question and you might get 5 people before you get an answer. Get a life
