Dealt with Andy at La Habra store he did a hard sell on warranty contract on dishwasher - told installation was $70.00 but the installer said it would be $226.00 upon checking their cost for parts we found the part for $19.00 was at Home Depot for $2.49 all the parts were inflated which we were not told. Don't buy at Howard's - we bought the dishwasher at Lowe's $200.00 cheaper and installation done professionally for $100.00 We're $300.00 ahead by cancelling at Howard's.
