I have recently decided to give a try to this Bank. I spoke with the branch manager at the Jackson Heights Office. I'm the owner of a Psychotherapy Center and my concern was аbout: 1. If they clear checks in 24 hours. 2. If they do business loans.
The answer to my first question was yes, and the answer to my second question was that the bank was providing with a 24/48 hours response to a business loan. I opened my account and noticed that the checks were taking 72hours to be cleared. (NY State checks, which is my branch state). I also applied to a business loan.
After a month requesting more and more documents and even my personal endorsement, my loan approval was in the middle of nowhere. They were asking for more documents, (estimates, to pay a 2% fee and more) I decided to drop the application considering all the procedure extremely abusive. My application was left in a desk for almost a month. The requests were almost ridiculous, they didn't even get the real amount that I was requesting, and they tried to offer a government loan, which one I have never requested. Not to say that the tellers at the bank, made mistakes with my deposits, since they were talking rather to pay attention to the task.
