I had the WORST customer service experience today (2/14) from of all people, the OWNER, along with the worst looking floral arrangement ever received! Not only did my flowers arrive today with the cotton still stuck in the Calla Lilies, the filler (the greens) were seriously about half dead and torn up, and altogether, the arrangement looked like it had been thrown in the vase and thats the way it stayed. So I called this morning and made a complaint about them. I said nothing other then what I said above was wrong with them, well apparently she did not know how to take critizism because when my boyfriend and I returned the flowers to the shop, I simply restated the issues with the flowers as said on the phone earlier that morning and she got the worst attitude with me right there in the store in front of everyone! She called it "barrading" her, pardon me but since when is a customers complaint considered barradment??!!?? She just shouldnt be in any type of public service job if thats the case! So if you want nice flowers and a good attitude I STRONGLY suggest you don't order flowers from Jennifer's Floral Creations. PLEASE! Thanks to her, she ruined for the most part, my entire Valentine's Day!!!
