I ordered flowers from Blooms Today on Valentine's Day they did not deliver the flowers nor did they contact me with an explanation. I was in so much trouble. I called Blooms today and they attempted to give me $10.00 off on my next purchase.
Fast forward to Mother's Day Blooms today did not deliver my order to my mother and sister but they sent me a confirmation letter saying the flowers were delivered. My mother blasted me for not sending her anything for mother's day. I explained to her I sent flowers but Blooms Today did not deliver them, but lied to me with a confirmation letter saying they delivered the flowers. Blooms Today is a very unprofessional floral business. They show no business ethics, have no business integrity, don't have a clue what their business partners are doing. Blooms today will get you in deep trouble with your love ones and friends and they try to offer you $10 off your next floral purchase. How will $10 get you out of trouble? I called customer service, a lady answered the phone and before I could state my business she told me "call back in 5 min" then hung the phone up. What kind of customer service is that? Take it from me please do not ever order flowers from blooms today.
