I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Valentine's day. She was home all day and the delivery guy didn't even knock he put the flowers in the snow on the front porch. The flowers were the wrong colour and died in 3 days. After dealing with the terrible customer service they finally agreed to send new flowers. The flowers were brown and wilted on arrival. The customer service department refused to do anything more and has hung up on me twice.
