Bad customer service

I have been a customer of Metro PCS for years now and I have realized that they are just the same as any other business promising something they cannot produce. This company will promise you the world, take you money and you will receive NOTHING in return. Their accounting system works very well because if you dare not to pay on the day the payment is due, you will not be able to even call them to complain!!!

The unfortunate thing is that they gain more customers every day than what they lose so they REALLY DON'T CARE if you are not satisfied. Leave if you don't like it! LOL oky doky, I will do so and then so will the next and so on until the balance is reversed then they suddenly advertise the "NEW" service and BINGO! They are in the money again. It is a sickening circle and the customer always loses.

I am paying my service every month but my problems have never been solved. I am making sure to spread the word. Wow, just think if they actually afforded the customer the service they paid for, how good it could have been hey. I guess counting their money while they are hiding behind a automated maze and uneducated bunch of fools in a call center is more important. Like I said, leave if you don't like it hey!
