I've been a customer for over a year and have called the help line many times to try and see how to get a better signal but nothing has changed, it's very frustrating that i can not receive important calls or call in emergency's. I am almost at the point to where I'm going to drop Metro PCS and find a phone company that I can actually get use out of. I'm tired of paying for phone service and not being able to get service to use!!!
