I am writing to the Bankruptcy Resource Company IT Department, who seems to be very fraudulent in both their online website and the letter that I am attaching to this email. And, I am also sending this to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) & the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I believe that this company is both fraudulent & misrepresenting what they can do for a person who has suffered a bankruptcy. The only thing that this company offered when I called was to make a new purchase (a car), which most people who have suffered a bankruptcy cannot afford. It's companies like these that end up offering people opportunities to climb back in the hole that they just climbed out of, I want to know if there are any repercussions for these types of companies, who seem to hurt more than they help. Especially when they offer to do things that they cannot do and represent themselves as being able to offer a credit card from a bank that they are not even affiliated with!?! And offer people an online secure application that is NOT SECURE when there is so much identity theft out there?!
