How can a consumer talk to a live person to ask a question?
Why do you advertise free on-line payment as one of our payment options and the system is always down? (Then you charge us to pay a convenience fee?)
Go Back to the drawing board for another cell phone service.
Since I have to pay $135 a month. I don't mind paying the same or more
for a company that honor its word and consistency.
