I have had metro pcs service for over 3 years and yes I've had issues with it but you have to take in account that this is not a major cell phone company like verizon or att&t as much as everyone wants to say oh i, going to them. Lets be serious who can beat their prices? You have the option of paying online which saves you the hassle of going in store. Although they always have hispanic staff you have to understand that they deal with both sides of the customer market. So in a sum don't expect to get something that goes above and beyond when service is only $40. Get real.
