I was Schduled to have my cable turned on today around 12-2. But noone showed up. So i called and asked them what happend to my set-up. And they told me that when i paid my deposit the lady didn't put it in that i already paid. So, of course you can say i'm very upset. I called to complain but the two people on there CUSTOMER SERVICE help line was acking as if it was my fault! You would think they would try to smooth things over with me because i am a new customer, but no, they just really seem like they could careless. The lady actually said to me, why don't you try getting with direct tv. Not happy with time warner at all, but this is the ONLY cable company in this area. I wish it wasn't because i would not give them my hard earned money to pay the salary of those people that don't care about my problems.
