Worst customer service that i ever received - TIME WARNER CABLE

I opened an account and two weeks ago i notice that 18 of the channels stop showing which i called yesterday to see whats going on and the lady that was helping me told that in my service i was supposed to have those channel, she told me that she have to send a technician to check whats going on, today i stay home for the holidays and i wait for the technician and he told me that the problem that i have it have to be fixed over the phone, which he called and his supervisor told me that i have to pay 5 dollars to have those channels, i explain her that why when i open the account they never advise me about those extra charge, why i have the service of this channels for almost 2 weeks and then disconnected? She told me you right, im going to write a note and please gives a call back and request not to pay those extra 5 dollars monthly because it wasn't your fault.
Today February 18 i called around 3pm and i was talking to a supervisor for almost 1 hour and she told that she will be erase those charges from my account and also she will do something to make happy because the fact that i wouldn't be out enjoying the holiday just because time warner cable didn't do the right thing, after i was waiting on the line for almost 1 hour she just transfer me to another department and i have to repeat my history all over again, i was so upset because the new supervisor that was helping me her name was Griselda P. Was laughing at me, she didn't help me at all, i would like for somebody to check the called that they supposed to recorder, honestly just because my building only accept this company is that i have time warner cable is not i would have another one that is more efficient and have better customer service, time warner cable needs to improve the customer care is relly horrible, the transfer the calls without telling anything to the customer, they hang up the phone many times, and the waiting is long, the fact that i hate the most is transfer the call without telling anything and repeat the history all over again, i hate time warner cable.
