To make a long story short, i feel like the people that i've spoken with on customr service did not care about my problem. Which they made me feel like it was my fault when it wasn't. When i paid my deposit they didn't comfirm it in the computer which means i didn't get my service turned on today like it was schduled. So, i have to take another 5hrs out of my day tomorrow to stay home and wait, AGAIN, for something that could've been taken care of TODAY. Very upset and NOONE seem like they cared
