I am very unhappy with time warner. First of all I see commercials every day offering new customers bundles for 89.99 when I'm a long time customer of over 8 years and I'm paying 155,00. About a month ago they came up with a new guide that has a black background and highlights things in blue. As an epileptic I can not use this guide. I called customer service no one cared they told me not to use it. Well why am I paying for service I can not use? They did not care to offer me a discount at all just told me not to use the guide. Now they are charging a monthly fee to have a modem. I am a single, disabled mother and I'm so tired of handing over my entire paycheck to time warner they are always coming up with new ways to our money.
