I bought an HP B8850 printer. Within a week or so it leaked magenta ink on every photo print job. Received a new print head under warranty. Problem not solved. Received replacement printer under warranty. This printer was even worse: it wouldn't even print a test page. Received second replacement printer. Same problem as the first: leaking magenta. Then I notice this printer was made in Feb over 2 yrs ago. Tech support tells me that all replacements are used products "refurbished." First time I was told this. I pull the problem print head (which came with the most recent replacement computer. Its expiration date is 6/10. So just a month after I bought a brand-new printer, HP sent me a product on the verge of shelf life expiration to go with a 2-yr-old used printer, which doesn't work either. They refuse to give me a new printer, or to give me a refund and let me walk away.
