This review pertains to breach of contract, unpaid bills which are non-contestable for services requested by Kevin Love in November. Kevin Love is one of the proprietors of Kevin & Kara Love Farms, Seminole, Texas, and New Mexico. From my business association with Kevin Love, he is not ethical. He needs to have a web review posted, alerting the public in his communities of his highly questionable actions that Kevin uses in profiting from unpaid services. These actions of Kevin’s, this review, Kevin brought on to himself. General conference: Kevin stated that his favorite movie is the Michel Douglass movie where in a speech Michel states “Greed Is Good”. Kevin also stated to me that he has been in business 12 or 13 years in Seminole and during that time, his wife does not have one friend in Seminole. Odd! Probable due to their business practices. So recently he moved his family to San Angelo, I believe. While I was in Texas I met very nice people and it is hard to reason why Kevin’s wife was not able to make any friends. It stems from their business practices and or hidden personalities. Contents of this review are facts and opinions. Breach of contract: Kevin requested my services, geophysical surveys, to locate water well drilling targets, WaterLocating.com, with an agreement of timely payment. Kevin always presented an excuse not to pay at the agreed time and used numerous excuses besides himself, by employing his main two employees, to present excuses to me, which were lies, to delay and prevent payment for services. Stated that checks have been written but made excuses, not to hand them over. One excuse was that there was a mistake in the transfer of funds to cover the check but it will be available in a few days, leading me on to continue with the project. What was available in a few days, were more excuses. Summery: Kevin stated that he profited this year at a gain of eighteen (18) million dollars from his farming pivots, 120, many in Seminole, Texas. And wants to purchase many additional sections of land, at cheap bargain land prices, to install an additional 32 pivots to start off with, with additional purchases of adjacent area sections. Kevin is looking for an additional income of approximately nine million dollars in year 2011. Based on productive wells. Kevin held the sections/parcels in escrow, contingent as to productive water wells, for pivot farming, looking for outputs of 1200 gallons per minute. Kevin elected doing a water well project, prior to purchase. Survey: The surveys performed for Kevin taken at the new sections for purchase showed no signature correlation to research profiles taken at his existing 1200 gpm productive water wells, nor shows any similarity to research profiles taken near a neighbor’s drilling project. The Ogallala Aquifer here, has been converting into clay. A shallow Red-Bed clay formation developing. The sub-surface geometries revealed in profiling are massive, an indication of a superb water zone prior to clay formations, many, many years ago. Kevin desire is 1200 gpm, or no purchase of the parcel. But he jumped the gun and purchased a parcel. A last minute change in target position was made for his third test well drilled that should be more productive than two prior wells drilled years ago that tested around 200 gpm, considered generally good for the area. If Kevin test pumps the third well with better results, around 350 gpm, than. I would venture to say that wells in this area can produce up to seven (5-7) hundred gallons per minute with a few more test wells drilled on newer analyzed locations. But it would be rare to receive numerous 1200 gpm wells in this area. Haste makes waste: Kevin foolishly did not do any pump testing during the geophysical survey for conclusive information. Hence, Kevin made irrational decisions from this lack of necessary information. Coordinating the whole project in his own head without performing necessities for information needed prior to the next step. When imagined results do not go his way, he gets very emotional and difficult to communicate with. He asked for a discount at his final request for services which I granted. He will lead you on. This review of Kevin will soon get around to the public, business public, family members, his new community members, their children and children’s friends throughout life, wherever he relocates. Once your children realize and recognize that you do not hold true to the values that you taught them, immorality sets in. You need to be careful. Nine (9) Recommendations/Advice;1. With Kevin Love and organization, “Never Take Anything AT Face Value”. 2. For payment of services, you must request an Insurance Bond from Kevin’s insurer prior to services rendered for your protection. 3. A Bank protects itself with prior collateral. You must do the same. 4. For Kevin’s wife not to have one friend in Seminole, living there for a period of 12/13 years, it is obvious that something is highly questionable with them and or their business practices. 5. Thanks to the WEB, information is available to inform/protect honest individuals from dishonest persons and shady business practices. 6. Feel free to state your opinions in truth. Many people do not. It will help others. 7. In law, the defense for slander is the truth. Unpaid bills can not be contested after one has paid prior billings for the same services requested and offered. 8. Kevin’s greed capitalized thru premeditated cunning, unjust enrichment. After rationally considering the timing and a method of doing so. No one is not born dishonest. 9. Kevin, when you honor your obligation, I will request that this/and-all other reviews posted, be removed.
