What customer support? I have never been is disappointed, (and that's using a polite term), with any other company in my whole 54 years of life. You try to get support from these &*^% via chat and they tell you to do a search on their website. What gives? Is it so hard that THEY don't even know the answers? It reminds me of the old Lilly Tomlin routine about ATT where she says "We don't care. We don't have to." Could not be truer for any other company than Microsoft!
So then I go to their website and download the license agreement for Office 2007. It says you can load it on three "devices" but when I ask a Microsoft employee via email they say that you can only load it on two "devices" if it is Office 2007 Pro. Why doesn't the license sat that if it is so? Why is it so damn hard to get a simple question answered by these people?
I really think that the government is going to have to step in and break these guys up. They are far worse than ATT ever was.
