I am having a terrible time getting help from Microsoft Network Bing.

By the way, how could the home office of Microsoft — the number was given to me by the customer support group in India — not know the telephone number to a department like customer complaints or customer service. They said they do not know anything about the different departments in Microsoft — only individual names. They could not even tell me the telephone number to customer support!
