I purchased an HP mini 1000 series in April. My daughter was using it in July when the hard drive failed. She mailed it to be repaired. She then changed residences and tried to change her address with HP service (in India). They claimed to have changed the address. When the repair was completed they mailed it back to Evanston (her old address) and not to the revised address. Evanston returned the computer to Hildago, Texas. It has now been two weeks and I have called pretty much every day, and they say "I will receive the computer in 48 hours." This has, needless to say, not occurred. The ticket number is 8027357313.
