Hey I just made the biggest mistake, I booked a car in the USA with Imall. They also go by the name of Airport car rental and other names. They are based in NZ.
I went to there web site for a quote, thought insurance was included as I wanted an inclusive deal. The site said if there are any extra costs, it would show before I booked. Did not see any, I booked! So I also bought the excess damage waiver from them.
Much to my suprise, we picked up the car from Budget car rental, as Imall are a booking agent, they tell us, no you don't have insurance.
Well try and contact Imall to get a reply by phone or email, you don't get one. Just a recorded message that they will ring you back! They never do or return email. I think I will contact a NZ consumer complaints dept.
Don't go near them, dodgy as!
I hope we don't need to use the excess waiver, because if we have to make a claim, you would never track them down! Please, stay away from them. I used Kemwel car rental broker and now known as Euro Car and I would of saved a heap by passing Imall.
They seem to go by dozens of names all over the net, Fetch car rentals is another one, do a search before you book to see if they are linked to Imall.
