My experience with Sears home repair was different this time. I've had my washer and dryer for 7 years with a "MA". For 6 years the annual check took about 5 minutes to do, 3 weeks to get an appointment and I had to wait all day for the repairman. This year the repair was scheduled the next day in a 4 hour window to wait and Greg took the time to take the panels off the dryer and cleaned out 6 years of lint in places I didn't think lint could go. A definite fire hazard. He explained his repair and left the broken belt from the washer. I give Greg (#0837492) an A-Plus. Betty - Grand Junction, Co. April 9
