My complaint is against Value City Furniture, Niles, Illinois. First of all, we payed for a bedroom furniture set and we let them choose a date for delivery. They did not deliver on that day. They did not even call to inform us that they were going to deliver it the next day. When the furniture arrived the nightstand was damaged and the rails from the bed were missing. Once again, they did not inform us about that. The delivery guy did not know anything about it. We had to call the store again and ask what was going on. Bu when we called and ask for the store manager to talk with they put us on hold. We waited for about an hour to talk to him. Actually, we are still waiting. What kind of store is this? I know we make mistakes but where is the respect for each other, for the customer?
