I bought a bedroom set 74 days ago. Still dont have it. They told me that they had everything except for the bed rails and were just waiting for them to come from the manufacturer. That was after 4 weeks. After that I would call to check the status on the furniture and they would tell me it would be in at the end of the week. This went on for about 4 more weeks. Then finally after I was fed up, I voiced my displeasure with customer service. And what do you know, later that day I got a call from them saying that the rails were in and they would call me in a few days and set up a delivery date. Then i get a call this morning (tomorrow was the day they were supposed to deliver) and the tell me that the foot board was damaged and it will be another week or two before the will get it in. Keep in mind that I have already made two payments on my furniture and about to have to make a third.
