Me and my husband ordered a bed, dresser, and a nightstand. When me and my husband asked about delivery it was going to cost a certain amt. A LB for all of it would have been about $70. So we agreed to pick it up after waiting for 3 wks. Me and my husband are hard working Americans and dont have the extra money to spend for delivery (we had saved over a 6 month period to pay cash as well). When we arrived at the store to pick up the merchandise, they didnt have our paperwork in the back we had to wait, then the nightstand wasnt even there. The delivery guy in the back stated "let me go talk to my manager" He arrived back with no manager, and said we had to wait another 3-4 wks with free delivery. I am disgusted with the horrible customer service that Ashley Furniture does business. If the manager would have admitted to his mistakes or at least gave some sort of explanation, would have solved a lot. Why does it have to be another 3-4 wks? This matter is not over, they may have to come pick up the furntiture tomorrow, will let u know what happens. AP sad!!
