I ordered my furniture from the store in Poughkeepsie. It was delivered today. When it arrived the delivery person came to the door and looked in and said "oh it won't fit." I have had larger furniture deliver and there was never a problem. He was not even willing to try. He told me he would bring in the smaller pieces and leave the sofa outside and I could get someone else to move it in. I told them to take it back. I went to the store to get a refund and the store manager made no effort to make things right. I was so angry. I went to Davis Furniture, a local family owned business, and ordered new furniture for less and free delivery. They assured me there would be no problem with delivery. I have purchased from them before... I should have gone there first. I will never go back to Bob's again. Because of my issues they lost two more customers... My sister and my daughter. So when you think it's a good deal walk away go for quality and good customer service.
