This is the worst, most dishonest company i have ever dealt with! I spent $395 on a spin bike and when I recieved the item, it was missing parts and the pedal screw was rounded out, so that the pedal did not stay on. I decided to return the item and ordered a Keiser spin bike instead from a different company. I waited over 6 weeks for a return (even though the site says up to 4 weeks) and only got $246 back!!! Even though they sent me a broken item, I am out over $150 with nothing to show for it! Every time I call I wait over 30 minutes on hold, only to recieve no information and rude customer service reps! Managers were always "in meetings at corporate". I e-mail (which is supposed to be the fastest method) and NO ONE EVER RETURNS THE E-MAIL!!! These people are thieves!!!
