My experience with Mercantila (mercantila.com) was bad from the beginning until now and I do not have a complete resolution yet. I had issues with their web site order entry and ended up purchasing two stationary bikes instead of the one stationary bike I intended to get. I try to contact Customer Service and they were virtually unreachable by telephone (hold times of over an hour on more than one occasion) and the always fun one-way communications via the web site (no-reply e-mail addresses). I try to return the second stationary bike and I get the surprise of a 25 percent restocking fee and two-way shipping fees. Since this restocking fee is not made known up front, the restocking fee may be illegal.in all, you end up paying nearly half of the purchase price for something you did not want in the first place.

When you do searches for the best price on the internet, mercantila.com (or a number of their other names) will appear in your list from time to time. Please don't gamble your money with this company.
