I purchased a high dollar item from Mercantila. My account was charged 1500.00 more than the advertised price. I complained and I was promised a refund for that amount. I decided to return the item, it was at that point that Mercantila began to ignore my calls and emails. The store refused to let me return the product so I returned it anyway. Now they are saying i did not follow return procedure so they get to keep the item and my money. Do not shop at this store.in addition to this, They have very bad reviews. They have bad business practices, and customer service.
