I ordered an upright bike from the
Exercise Bike Superstore on line.
When my order # 488057 was emailed to
me, they had added a rebate coupon
of $25 to my bill. After trying to
Contact them, I received an email
from Jarryd Stalling (customer care
team). He responded they would refund
my $25 on my next statement. They did
not. Now I can't get a response from
anyone. Can you help me, please?
