Ordered from our website using first a fraudulent credit card. However, our system didn't let us know it was fraudulent, only that it wouldn't go through. So she called and gave us another cc to use, saying that she hadn't paid the first one off. The 2nd went through with no problem, billing and shipping address matched. As soon as she got her package, she called the credit card company and said her card had been stolen. She also called us and said she never received the package and filed a dispute with the credit card company. We called UPS (as we insured it) and after about 7 days, she finally answered her phone and told UPS for us to leave her alone because she got the package. So we contacted the merchant provider but because we did not get a signature, we had no ground to stand on. So she got a larger order "free", we got charged "charge-back" fees. This is not a woman who should be in business of any kind. UPS has told us they will not ship to her any more and have called in the Sheriff's Dept. She has 9 claims against her for similar claims.
