Ripoff, dishonest fraudulent billing, rude and unprofessional customer service

I want to let everyone that reads this report to you know what kind of people or organization that they will be dealing with if they decide to work this organization.

I decided to try their offer and ordered their package only because they said that all I would have to pay for was the shipping and handling. They said that I would not have to pay their charges until my 14 day trial period was over.

Anyway, I received my package and read it and went online to see what I was getting myself into. I didn't like what I saw and what I read so two days later, I called their 1-800 number to cancel my account. I called back 5 minutes later just to make sure they canceled my account and I was told that my account was officially canceled.

Two weeks later, I find out that in my credit card statement that they went ahead and charged my credit card for $39.95, which they said that they wouldn't. So I call them back and they say that they charged my card the before I called to cancel. I told them that I called way before my 14 day trial was over, and they said that their 14 day trial period started the day that I ordered their package online. I asked them, how can my 14 day trial start when I haven't even received the package to try? The customer service rep didn't say a thing, and I knew that they had just ripped me off, so I cussed him out and hung up.

However, this is not over. I will find a way to get my money back, if I have file a police report or something. This is just the beginning of my stiking back at them. They have not heard the last of me yet.

Please, if you have any doubts about this organization, I am living proof that you should not join them. They will burn you, just like they burnt me. Onlinesupplier.com are nothing but thieving crooks, with no feelings for others. I hope that they all go to jail.
