On April 9th I noticed a charge on my credit card for $89 with the name of MK Supplements. I had never ordered anything from this company. The charge was made on April 6th. I immediately reported it to my credit card company.
I also seach online for an address and phone number in order to contact the company. I emailed them from their website. I also called the company several times. You never got a live person on their line no matter what time you called.
On May 7th, I received a package with two supplements. The package had 6 stamps with no postmark. There was no invoice in the package. I also received word the same date from my credit card company that the charge for $89 was valid and the dispute was settled.
I was responsible for the charge! Included with the letter from the credit card company were instructions if I wanted to return the product. However, it had to be returned within 20 days. I had nothing to show when it had been shipped or received.
Needless to say, I was upset. I called the credit card company and told them that this was not a valid charge and I had never ordered these supplements. They agreed to reinstate the dispute and I would not be responsible for the charge while the investigation was going on.
We took the package to the post office and sent it certified mail. I faxed the receipt for the postage to the credit card company. I did a search and found on this site that someone else had the same experience.
