I had purchased a used 2008 Ford Focus from Kelly Ford on May 8. I live about 50-60 miles south of this dealership and have traveled the distance to this dealer several times for repairs. However, after almost a month that had gone by and my most recent trip have received the utmost poor customer service from this dealer. The General Manager made comments to me such as, "I'm starting to get pissed off at you" and I'm not obligated to do anything for you" or " what is your time worth to you." I have asked for compensation for my time invested, wear of the car, and the use of my gas. The only thing the Manager offered was a free tank of gas, though I have already traveled there three times for repair work and wasn't compensated any of the times I was there, and an oil change, though I had to argue my way into that because the Manager didn't feel my car needed one.

I have worked in customer service in the passed and never have I treated a customer or ever heard a Manager speak that way to a customer. No matter the situation, a Manager should never speak to a customer in such a matter no matter the circumstance.

I am disappointed by the way the General Sales Manager handled this situation, but didn't was to offer a free oil change, a free tank of gas for each time I had to travel to the dealership, and a gift certificate or a box of car cleaning supplies to make up for my wasted time.
