I paid bank of america off completly then recieved a bill for interest which i paid then they send me another bill i called and spoke to a representative that told me if i waited a few days my bill

My name is Jeff i feel that my rights have been violated my bill was paid off completly to receive a bill for interest which i paid to get another bill on the next billing cycle i called and spoke to a mgr representative who was not willing to work with me I am from Beckley West Virginia and feel that if they want to they can rip anyone off if this happens to you contact your state Attorney general they are currently helping but for a credit rating it would be a 0
