CC bill handled the transactions

I have no idea how this bill occurred on my debit card. I have been bill 3 times and the last on 4 April I called Bank of America to find out what this debt was. Bank of America explained that CC bill is an organization that I supposedly signed up for. The account was cancelled on that day. I want to know what CC Bill is and how I can get my money back. I feel as though this organization scammed me.
