On 3 May I I bought additional point to elevate my vip status to gold status for $19,717.23. I made an agreement to pay of the amount within thirty days and I did before the thirty days where up. I received a bill from Bill Me Later for $11,198.96. I did not know that Wyndham had turned my contract over to Bill Me Later. The Salesman who sold me the timeshare points did not explain to me that I should have paid Bill Me Later instead of Wyndham Resorts. I paid directly the pay off amount to Wyndham Resorts. I wonderd Why Bill Me Later Was continued to send me a bill with a zero balance. I assumed that Wyndham would report that I paid off my purchase to them. I had no idea that they were charging me interest on an amount that I paid Wyndham. When I received the bill from Bill Me Later, I called them to tell them that I paid of my bill to Wyndham. The informed me that I had to pay them $11,198.96 or they would continue to add interest. I called Wyndham knowing that they would resolved the situation. They told me that I had to pay them because they paid the down payment. I was not aware of this procedure, neither was it explained to me by the Wyndham Salesman. This appear to me that Bill Me Later is in business with Wyndam; though Wyndham denie it, to syphen extra money to Bill me Later. I think this is unethical and is a scam to decieve an elderly consumer.
