After purchasing the required computer equipment to have 3D capabiity on my computer, it became apparent that a second pair of 3D glasses would be required for guests to use. So I ordered a set from the Nvidia store and paid all costs. When the product arrived via FedEx, the driver apologized aor the condition of the parcel. It had been crush by a heavy object in transit. The driver opened the carton and I took photos of the smashed glasses. A quick claim to FedEx resulted in full payment to Nvidia including freight. Nvidia has refused on several attempts to either send new glasses or refund my money. But they want the shatter glasses that fedex paid them for and can't give them someone elses property. These glasses are electoniclly controlled and were totally destroyed. Photos were sent to the Nvidia store with no results.
