20/20 Eyeglass Superstore
New glasses bought but cannot use to read or drive with

3/4/06 eye exam
3/4/06 paid $200 toward glasses
3/11/06 paid $197 balance of glasses
3/14/06 go to store to try glasses but
they are blurry when outside
looking at distance
3/21/06 another doctor reexamins my
eyes and writes another
prescription. New glasses made
4/6/06 back to store to get second
pair from new prescription. Put
glasses on and they are
blurry at a distance outside.
4/7/06 back to store again. Store makes
ajustment on frames. Glasses still
blurry outside
4/8/06 back to store. They cant do
anything else for me..
