Bought this under their free 30 trial, it worked fine for that period and then into the second month had interruptions with the dial tone. Over the past month have had chats with over a dozen people consuming hours of time and although they where able to get the dial tone back, it lasted a day or only a few days. Finally decided that since they had no phone number in their site, and no address I would propose us both walking away from this in a positive manner... Be "smart" as I put it because they have not been able to correct the problem nor even tell me what the cause is, refund the sale and we walk away in a postive manner. After addtional chats, they finally said they do not give refunds. That being said I have advised them in writing (used the address for returns) of the complete issues, told them that even thought I think this is an interesting item, the fact that MJ cannot correct the problem, there is no value in the product and I will file a formal complaint with the Attorney Generals Office of Florida as well as the Better Business Bureau of West Palm Beach Florida and make sure this all gets into websites dealing in complaints so others can make the right choice. I find it so amazing that a company would choose not to accept such a postive way to resolve my issue and their issue, both walk awa... But take a hard stand that will collectively cost them involvement to resolve and make more people aware they have some issues and not willing to use some basic common sense.
