Spent an hour and a half with on line support because I can neither make phone calls nor receive them with my Magic Jack. Issue has not been resolved. I even bought a new phone to see if that was the problem but MJ still does not work. If this turns out to be an unrepairable problem I want to know if I can get a prorated refund for recently pain one year of service.
