A person called me and said I had a payday loan with them on an account that has been closed for over a year. I said that I didn't have any payday loans on this account.
The person on the phone said he had my social security # and read it to me along with the old account number.
I don't know how this company got access to my social security # or old account number, but there needs to be a stop put to this. Companies like this one give the good collection agencies a bad name.
Let this information be known to all government agencies cracking down on these scam agencies taking advantage of good honest working people. Thank you.
