Of course there is no customer support that I can contact regarding this problem. I cannot make a phone call or receive one. The magic jack has worked very well the past couple of months. (have used it for 4 years). Since last night I cannot get a dial tone and cannot receive phone calls. I bought a new phone to see if that was the problem. It made no difference. I checked my account and message stated they were updating system and so I could not access system. Kind of annoys me because I just paid for my next year's service a month ago.
