After the cabinets and counter tops were installed of course they have you sign a form that truthfully I did not read, thought it was so the subcontractor could get paid, I don, t no. Shortly after they left and the wow factor of not have any counter tops for weeks wore off I noticed a crack running from the hole they drilled for the facet and the sides of the top were uneven up to 3/16s of an inch, also the cabinets have nails that are not set all the way in so this could also be a future problem. I called and even went back to the store and told Jason on my displessure and told him they needed to come look before the facet was installed along with the backsplash, never herd a word and so now my other subcontractors have did their work making it much harder to replace cabinets/counter tops. I spent time talking to other cabinet/counter top people to find out if this is normal only to find out its not. I must note I took great care and not disclosing the place that sold me a poor product.
