Cabinet purchase and range purchase - Customer Satisfaction

My husband and I had saved for 15 years to finally get the kitchen we wanted. We have always purchased construction and renovation items from Lowes in Florence KY so when it came time to purchase our Kitchen Cabinets and electric range with Microwave we did not think twice were to go. We have several family members and friends that are sub contractors and they all recommended Lowes as well. So we purchased our Kraftmaid cabinets and had explained to the sales person Pam Mcdowell (not sure of the spelling) that we in no way wanted an open ledge. We currently had to the ceiling cabinets and wanted the same style with the new cabinets. She indicated that it would not be a problem so we paid the fee to have the Installer come out and measure for the new cabinets and he also indicated that to the ceiling cabinets with crown molding would work. So we prepared the kitchen for the new cabinets and waited the 6 weeks for them to be installed. When I came home from work all excited that the cabinets would be installed then the disappointment I experienced when I walked in and seen a 7 inch opening from the top of the cabinets to the ceiling. So I called our sales person and she said that she had told us that the to the ceiling would not work so she had to order the 30 inch cabinets to accommodate for the crown molding. I told her I did not recall that conversation and she kept insisting that she had. So I felt as if she was calling me a liar. There was no customer satisfaction given, no apology given and when I asked to speak to the assistant manager, Dan Mcdowell he indicated that our sales person doesn't make mistakes and that he would need to speak to her and get back to me. Well she does make mistakes, she forgot to order the correct crown molding which tells me she tried to cover her mistake and in her rush made a huge mistake. The assistant manager has still never contacted us and now we are two weeks out still waiting for the completion of our cabinet installation. We had missing shelves, wrong size tracks for the roll out shelves and one broken drawer. We had also contacted Lowes to setup the install of the counter tops and the paperwork was never faxed to the installer which now has delayed my counter tops put 3 - 4 week. When I asked to have a temporary sink installed they indicated that it could be done for an additional fee of $250. I would think that when a client spends over $15,000 within a few weeks at your company that Customer Satisfaction would be at the top of your companies list. We also purchased a new Range and over the stove microwave and also the furnishings for a lower level Full Bath, Drywall and trim to redo two rooms in our lower level and Kitchen. So I just feel that someone needed to take the responsibility and say I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, let me fix it.instead I was told that I misunderstood and for additional fees I can make it work for you.
