Customer Service... What a joke

I asked for help on fixing my Hp Pavilion DV5 laptop pre installed webcam after being passed from pillar to post for twenty minutes I was told i would need a service contract... Come on its a generic fault with the laptop its not anything I have done..

Dont waste your money... Never phone customer support..

I will never buy anything HP again
