Replace Scanner Cover Error Means Throw Printer Away

HP is a bad product with worse customer service. One error code is familiar to all HP owners, "replace scanner cover". When that error appears it is the same as saying "throw this printer/fax/copier away". Go out to Best Buy & buy a Canon or anything but an HP. This is a bad company!
