Hello this is a complain about a manager and some other co-workers of her. She is an unpolite, mean, irrespectful lady, unfair with work distribution, plays favoritism, screams at crew instead of asking nicely... Rude etc etc... Too many crew has complained about her... But instead of being helped they get attacked by the store manager whos sofia silverio. Well sofia is now in a different store for a while but she would say: 'Don't pay attention to her' 'Elizabeth has diabetis and changes her mood in seconds' but they are cousins so they cover each another. Now we have another store manager... We thought she was going to help us and everybody has been going to complaint to her about Elizabeth but she said that there is nothing to be done cause Elizabeth has always been like that. We the crew are suffering a lot but are afraid to talk cause we could get fired... I got fired... So all the people there needs some help... Some are being cruelly attacked by Elizabeth... Why bad and cruel people keep their jobs and we who suffer discrimination and suffer under their managment have to be just fired? One more point is that they cover each other cause most of them in charge are family... Sofia is elizabeths cousin. The supervisor 'silvino is sofias husband' sofia's brother, mother and cousin are the manager assistants... I truly wanted to talk to the owner but its too late. I don't think he knows any of this problem issues... But this store really needs some of its managers to be transfered or so... People only get good schedules if they are close friends or ass kissing to them... This store is located on irvine and culver... in Irvine ca... Im still so sad and feel abandoned... Please help them to get rid of this harrasment environment... Whats all the famiy doing together? Covering each other bad behhavior? Of course no matter how many complaints the supervisor gets... He just wont let the owner know about them... The ones being complained about are his family... Owner please help us... No family together... Transfer them to different stores... Pl
