I worked at Family Dollar for over 4 years and I have seen people quit alot because of favoritism, the store manager favors her friend that walked out on her and the store and kept the store keys for over 2 weeks after quiting her job, the only way she got her job back is because the store manager liikes the other girls brother so the girl sent her brother to visit the store manager so she the store manager rehired her friend and her friend controlles everything and gets her way and had my hours reduced to only 5 hours a week just because she didnt want to work with me, they are both trying to make me quit just because they dont like me personally, even tho i get more done in the one day i get then they both do in a week, Im sure il add more to this later.
